Flow Beverage Monitoring is a brand new product that will revolutionise how you run your bar.
Flow monitors in real time Bulk Beverage usage and compare it to Point of Sale sales transactions, giving the venue accurate and reliable data to control wastage and slippage. Such Products account for as much as 85-90% of Bar Revenue.

Flow is a non-invasive method of measuring Draft Beer, Post-Mix, Bulk Wine and Spirits from dispensers. Flow uses proven technology obtained from the oil and petrochemical industries. Digmesa Flow Meters are approved by the breweries and have been used in the Food and Beverage industry for many years.

Flow can be linked to most Point of Sale systems for comparison reporting. The reporting includes Difference over Time graphs, to show you exactly when your beverage sales do not match what has been poured.

During line cleaning, Flow can be set to not record the cleaning fluid, via a security key. So only those who have access can disable the live monitoring. Flow also includes a warning strobe light to remind you to re-enable the monitoring once completed. Flow will monitor every time the beverage monitoring is disabled and enabled for security purposes.

The Flow control Box can fit up to 512 measuring points in one enclosure.

Variance limits can be set in Flow to alert via SMS or email for immediate investigation.
